Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, demonstrating strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires the candidate to work independently, visiting clients and prospects to promote products/services and close sales.

Job Description/Requirements

Location: Nairobi

Experience Required: 1-2Years 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
  • Visit clients in assigned territory to present, promote, and sell products/services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of client activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Provide regular feedback and reports to management on sales activities, customer needs, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to build networks and generate leads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and follow-up.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in field sales (3-5 years), preferably in FMCG .
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
