Field Sales and Marketing Representative

The shortlisted candidate will work to:

• Initiate adequate measures for winning new clientele and retaining the current ones.

• Engage prospects through door-to-door visits, cold calling, and making presentations to generate leads.

• Strengthen relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction.

• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer demands in order to develop effective sales tactics.

• Monitor sales performance measures, compile reports and provide feedback to management.

• Will work with marketing departments to create promotions and design campaign.

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and follow-up on leads.

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the company's products and services in order to successfully explain their value to customers.

• Participate in trade shows, seminars, and other events to market products and build relationships with prospective clients.

Skills and Qualifications.

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• A minimum of two years in sales and marketing experience, with preference for field sales experience. Experience in bathroom products would be an added advantage.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, which will enable good interactions with clients and fellow team members.

• Demonstrates the ability to interpret data and market trends in order to make actionable decisions.

• Strong drive to achieve both personal and team sales targets while managing time effectively.
