Location: Kenya - Countrywide

Type: Contract / Commission-Based - No fixed salary

We are seeking motivated and energetic Field Sales Agents and Agencies to join our team and help us expand our driver network. If you own an agency or have the ability to build a team of field sales agents, we’d love to hear from you as well.


Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to find and sign up new drivers for our platform. You will work in the field, interacting with potential drivers, explaining the benefits of joining our platform, and guiding them through the registration process. This role is commission-based, providing you with a lucrative opportunity to earn based on the number of drivers you successfully onboard and activate.


Key Responsibilities:

● Driver Recruitment: Identify, approach, and engage potential drivers who meet our platform's requirements.

● Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate the benefits and opportunities of driving with our platform, including earning potential, flexible hours, and support services.

● Registration Process: Assist drivers in completing the sign-up process, ensuring all necessary documents are submitted and verified.

● Target Achievement: Meet and exceed recruitment targets on a weekly basis.

● Market Feedback: Provide insights and feedback on market conditions, driver concerns, and competitive activity.


For agency owners and team leaders:

● Team Recruitment and Development: Hire, train and mentor qualified field sales agents to build an effective team and ensure agents are equipped with the necessary skills.

● Performance Management: Establish performance targets and regularly review agent progress.

● Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to meet recruitment and activation targets.

● Operational Oversight: Coordinate daily field activities and address any challenges.


Qualifications:

Experience in Sales: Previous experience in sales, particularly field sales, is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential drivers.

Self-Motivated: A driven self-starter who can work independently and meet goals with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of Local Area: Familiarity with the local region and its demographics.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for registration and communication purposes.


Compensation:

Earn Ksh 3000 for each driver you successfully register and complete 15 trips in their first 14 days. The more drivers you sign up, the more you earn.

Agency owners and team leaders, earn Ksh 1000 for each driver your field sales agents are compensated for.
