Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Stationery Shop Attendant. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive and memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining store displays, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, fast learner and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
- Customer Service: Warmly greet and assist customers, providing information about products and addressing inquiries
- Sales Support: Help customers locate items, suggest products, and process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Stocking and Merchandising: Ensure a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and accurately labeling products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our offerings to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment neat and organized, ensuring display areas are tidy and merchandise is well-stocked.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Computer Literate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
