Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and provide information about products and promotions.
• Sales Promotion: Actively promote and sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range to effectively educate customers and answer questions.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display areas are well-organized, attractive, and stocked with merchandise.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels and reporting stock shortages or damages.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales transactions and assist with daily sales reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and management to ensure a cohesive sales strategy.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.

Education:

•  High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

• Probation period amount of 17,400ksh and increment is based on sales performance.
