JOB SUMMARY

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing the intake process for clients, handling high volumes of inbound calls, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout each interaction. As the first point of contact, you will schedule appointments, provide interpretation of calls, and reroute inquiries to paralegals as needed. Your ability to offer clear communication, patience, and empathy will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:Handle approximately 100 inbound calls daily from clients and prospects.Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately based on client needs and staff availability.Provide timely updates regarding ongoing processes to clients and other relevant parties.Reroute calls to appropriate paralegals or departments for further handling.Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and empathy in every interaction.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a legal environment or intake role is a plus.Strong patience and ability to manage high call volumes with a calm demeanor.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear client interactions.Empathy and understanding when dealing with clients’ concerns and needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High, secondary school
