Events Management Sales & Marketing Executive

 

Salary: Kes 50,000/-

Note: Candidates with experience in supermarket activations or who have worked with a marketing agency are encouraged to apply.

Location: Industrial Area

Reports To: Sales and Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for the company’s services.

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.

• Create awareness in the assigned coverage areas to attract potential customers.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential markets, and competitor activities to stay competitive.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Promote the company’s offerings through social media platforms and other digital channels.

• Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to coordinate activities at events, ensuring seamless client experiences.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for senior management review.

• Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with the leadership team.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• KCSE mean grade of C plain or higher.

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.

• Prior experience with supermarket activations or working with a marketing agency is highly encouraged.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-organized with strong numeracy skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Proactive, flexible, and resilient team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
