Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic ERP Leadership:
o Develop and execute an ERP strategy that supports the Company’s digital transformation initiatives.
o Oversee the integration of ERP systems with other technological advancements within the organization.
2. ERP System Management:
o Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP system to ensure stability and performance.
o Collaborate with various departments to customize and improve ERP functionalities.
3. Change Management and Training:
o Lead change management activities related to ERP system updates and modifications.
o Develop training programs to enhance staff competency in utilizing the ERP system.
4. Project Management:
o Coordinate ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Act as the primary point of contact between IT and other business units for ERP system matters.
6. Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
o Provide timely resolution to ERP system issues and technical glitches.
o Offer expert guidance and solutions to user queries and operational challenges.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
o Develop and maintain ERP-generated reports for business insights.
o Analyze ERP data to support strategic decision-making and report key findings to management.
8. Continuous Improvement and System Updates:
o Proactively seek and implement system enhancements for better performance.
o Keep the ERP system up-to-date with the latest software updates and patches.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing ERP systems in a medium to large organization, with at least 2 years specifically working with SAP.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules
• Experience with ERP project management, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
