Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Core & Signaling Network project implementations to ensure adherence to plan, specification and timely completion.
2. Preparation and successful implementation of Core & Signaling Network Technical Specifications, Method of Procedures and Change Requests
3. Weekly KPI Reporting on Network Performance as agreed on Balance Score Card
4. Service KPIs and network performance management of Core & Signaling Network
5. Core & Signaling Network configuration changes through Network Change Management process
6. Manage Core & Signaling Network faults/incidents through network management processes for both network and customer
7. Manage Core & Signaling Network provisioning/Cessation through network management processes for both network and customer
Academic background & Professional
Knowledge:
° Bachelors degree in Telecommunications or a related technical field.
° CCNA Certification
° 2 years’ experience in the operation and\ maintenance of telecommunications networks including: MSCs, HSS, STPs, NGN, MGWs.
Here Are The Skills We Are Looking For:
° Knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
° Thorough telecommunications network operation and maintenance (mobile and landline) methods and procedures, as well as software systems associated with such networks.
° Extensive knowledge of equipment and software characteristics of various telecommunications networks and their integration capabilities
