We are looking for an entry-level engineer to join our team in the manufacturing and warehousing industry. Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Assist senior engineers in creating design plans and technical drawings for manufacturing systems and processes. Help with the preparation of project specifications and technical documentation.
- Fabrication and Installation: Support the team in the fabrication and installation of mechanical and electrical systems based on design specifications. Assist in ensuring installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities by assisting with inspections, testing, and monitoring manufacturing systems and equipment. Help ensure all products and systems meet company and industry standards.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and technical assistance for machinery and equipment. Help with identifying issues and supporting the team in resolving operational problems.
- Project Management Support: Work with project managers to track project milestones, timelines, and resources. Assist with maintaining project documentation and reporting progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of engineering principles in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.
- Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus but not required.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to identify basic issues and assist in finding solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Communication Skills:
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with senior engineers, team members, and other departments.
- Ability to document technical information clearly.
Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control principles and safety standards is an advantage.
Education and Experience:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
