Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Assist senior engineers in creating design plans and technical drawings for manufacturing systems and processes. Help with the preparation of project specifications and technical documentation.
• Fabrication and Installation: Support the team in the fabrication and installation of mechanical and electrical systems based on design specifications. Assist in ensuring installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Quality Control: Participate in quality control activities by assisting with inspections, testing, and monitoring manufacturing systems and equipment. Help ensure all products and systems meet company and industry standards.
• Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting and technical assistance for machinery and equipment. Help with identifying issues and supporting the team in resolving operational problems.
• Project Management Support: Work with project managers to track project milestones, timelines, and resources. Assist with maintaining project documentation and reporting progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of engineering principles in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.
• Experience with engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus but not required.

Problem-Solving:

•  Ability to identify basic issues and assist in finding solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Communication Skills:

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with senior engineers, team members, and other departments.

• Ability to document technical information clearly.

Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control principles and safety standards is an advantage.

Education and Experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
