Our client, a reputable elevator installation and maintenance company based in Athens, Greece, is seeking qualified and experienced Elevator Engineers / Elevator Installers to work on building projects across the city.

A minimum of two (2) suitable candidates will be hired.

Job Description

The successful candidates will work as Elevator Installers, responsible for installing elevators in residential and commercial buildings in Athens.
The role also includes training on the company’s specific equipment, systems, procedures, and basic Greek language skills for workplace communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Install elevators in buildings according to technical drawings and company standards.
• Handle mechanical components related to elevator installation.
• Follow safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with other site technicians and engineers.
• Participate in training on company equipment and work processes.
• Demonstrate practical skills through video proof of previous elevator work.

Job Requirements

• Male candidates aged 25–40 years (client requirement).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience specifically as an Elevator Engineer or Elevator Installer.
• Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Elevator Engineering.
• Ability to provide video proof of work showing elevator installation skills.
• Willingness to:
  • Be trained on the company’s equipment and procedures
  • Learn basic Greek language
• Valid passport and clean criminal record.

Salary & Benefits

• Net salary: €900 per month
  (Approx. KES 135,000)
• Working hours:
  • 8 hours per day
  • 5 days per week
• Free accommodation:
  • Fully furnished apartment near the worksite

  • Shared with 1–2 Kenyan colleagues
• Free public health insurance under the Greek state system.
• Initial 1-year employment contract, renewable.

• No limit on future contracts, allowing long-term residence and employment in Greece.
