JOB SUMMARY
The job duties of an Electro-Mechanical Technician entail both Technical and Preventive Maintenance (PM) responsibilities. He/she is responsible in handling both Electrical and Mechanical Machines Breakdowns, New Installations as well as Modifications. He will have hands-on duties such as troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working with engineers on design concepts/improvements and development tests2. Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain machines and the plant facility’sequipment.3. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production andperform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service4. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.5. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and do necessary adjustments.6. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities7. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas8. Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of engineering tasks9. Conducts and/or oversees the analysis of workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling,or machine utilization.10. Minimize downtime of critical production equipment.
