Ecommerce Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented eCommerce Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be critical in managing the ZuriHera online store, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. ResponsibilitiesStore Management

- Upload and manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates.
- Regularly update the inventory and ensure accuracy.

Fulfillment & Operations

- Oversee order processing and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.

Marketing & Advertising

- Plan and execute online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and promotions.

Analytics & Growth

- Analyze sales performance and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales and engagement.
- Research industry trends to keep ZuriHera ahead of the competition.

QualificationsEssential

- Proven experience in eCommerce management (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with inventory management and fulfillment processes.
