Job Summary
The EB Programs Optimization Manager will oversee all projects and pilots in Kenya and other regions to some extent, ensuring duties are effectively compartmentalized and coordinated within the core functions of Sun King. The role involves assisting logistics, technical issues (both software and hardware), and testing and validating new products and services. This position requires extensive fieldwork (~70% travel within and outside of the country).

Job Description/Requirements
● Coordinate Implementations: Oversee Easy Buy-related implementations in your designated country and across other regions.
● Team Development: Manage and develop in-country Program Optimization associates, fostering their professional growth.
● Specialization Leadership: Steer the development of team specializations in areas such as Automation, Data & Reporting, Products & Services, and Commercialn Relations.
● Goal Achievement: Drive the team towards meeting its goals and performance targets.
● Project Management: Manage specific projects and pilot programs, ensuring effective implementation with clear plans, documentation, and timelines.
● CRM Configuration: Ensure proper configuration of CRM systems and tools of trade in your country.
● Expansion assistance: Facilitate expansion efforts by setting up and project-managing sales initiatives in new areas.
● Cross-Unit synergy: Work closely with various departments to ensure the successful execution of projects and pilots.

The ideal candidate should have:
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
● 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in Program or Project Management within industries such as FMCG or financial services.
● At least 2 years of experience in team management with a proven track record of success.
● Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program
Management Professional (PgMP), or other IT-related qualifications are a plus.
● Excellent people relations skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
● Sufficient communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.
● Exceptional in time management to balance multiple workloads and reply to inquiries promptly.
● Strong prioritization skills to focus on high-impact tasks and projects.
● Have a problem-solving mindset with a strategic and innovative approach.
● Keen attention to detail, recognizing the significance of minor elements in achieving excellence.
● Proficient in issue tracking and resolution, even over extended periods.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
