Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team.This role focuses on maximising engagement and conversion of website visitors while maintaining and optimising our product portfolio. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the effective execution of our online trade plan and the continuous improvement of our e-commerce performance.

Job Description/Requirements
E-commerce Management:
- Manage the e-commerce platforms for multiple brands, ensuring optimal website performance.
- Develop and execute the online trade plan in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
- Monitor and deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, digital lead generation, and e-commerce sales.
- Regularly review and maintain website merchandising, making necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.
Content and Campaign Support:
- Work closely with the marketing executive to develop engaging web copy and creative landing pages using a test-and-learn approach.
- Support the launch of monthly promotional campaigns, handling the uploading of countdown timers, price changes, and campaign-specific content.
- Collaborate with SEO suppliers and the marketing team to optimise web content, meta-data, and implement technical SEO changes.
Product Portfolio Management:
- Maintain the online product portfolio, including updating product information, pricing changes, taxonomy, and managing SEO redirects.
- Manage and respond to product reviews and FAQs to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Ensure consistent alignment with the customer journey by building personas and adjusting strategies for targeted engagement.
Agency and Partner Coordination:
- Attend agency meetings to coordinate inputs for paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and display networks.
- Collaborate on planning, monitoring, and optimising performance across channels, providing insights and recommendations.
- Brief web development requirements to the technical team to support marketing and conversion goals.
Marketplaces and Trading Support:
- Support trading activities across marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Wayfair, and ManoMano, aligning efforts with the overall marketing strategy.
- Provide input and support for marketing plans associated with these channels.
Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, focusing on promotions, pricing strategies, and conversion tactics.
- Collaborate with the marketing executive to refine e-commerce strategies based on competitor insights.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Produce weekly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics and Dash This.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and drive data-led decision-making.
- Provide social commerce support, working with the social media executive to optimise plans and enhance results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, Google Analytics, and website content management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in coordinating with external agencies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in the UK e-commerce market (preferred).
