Key Responsibilities
Organisational:
- Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack.
- Utilise Trello to update task status.
- Coordinate and train with your direct report on a weekly basis.
Reporting:
- Update Master sheets as required.
- Analyse KPIs of paid campaigns and optimise over time.
- Complete monthly performance marketing actuals vs. targets in forecasts.
Functional:
- Write, execute, and conclude channel improvement briefs on time.
- Continuously test channels to determine the long-term effectiveness of test campaigns versus control frameworks.
- Support new offline and online projects/initiatives by the business.
- Monitor pacing of allocated spend by channel.
- Monitor account and campaign performance daily.
- Execute weekly optimization cycles for AdWords, Facebook, and other channels, including A/B testing and bid optimization.
- Research keywords and expand campaigns in line with performance marketing frameworks.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for visual assets and content.
- Investigate new features on existing ad platforms.
- Research performance marketing best practices.
- Manage channel ad placements and email marketing and campaigns.
- Work closely with colleagues to analyse results, produce insights, and make relevant course corrections to drive KPIs.
- Ensure monthly checks that automated campaigns (e.g., transactional emails) are triggered as per logic documents and actively escalate any issues found.

Pertinent Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Dedication and enthusiasm for delivering high standard work and adding value to clients
- Proper understanding of how to run digital ads across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
- Willingness to learn and a team player
- Basic understanding of digital marketing with an interest in email and mobile marketing (push notifications, SMS, and in-app advertising)
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic understanding of HTML for email template coding
- A fast learner and all-around team player
