Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with over 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of full e-commerce operations, Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok’s e-commerce landscape. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and capable of executing and optimizing digital campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Shopify & E-commerce Management: Oversee and optimize our Shopify store and have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce functionalities, including product listings, order management, and user experience improvements.

- Google Ads Setup & Optimization: Develop, implement, and refine Google Ads campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract quality traffic.

- Meta Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize ads on Facebook and Instagram, using Meta Ads Manager to drive engagement and conversions.

- TikTok Strategy & Content Creation: Understand TikTok’s unique dynamics, plan creative campaigns, and work on content strategies to engage a diverse audience.

- Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

- Creative Collaboration: Brainstorm innovative content ideas and collaborate with the creative team to bring campaigns to life.

- Photoshop Proficiency: Use basic Photoshop skills for ad creatives, resizing images, and creating content as needed to support campaigns.


Requirements:

- Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, with a proven track record of running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify.

- Skills: Proficient in full e-commerce processes, Shopify backend management, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok marketing.

- Photoshop Basics: Basic knowledge of Photoshop for simple image editing and creative adjustments.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess campaign metrics and pivot strategies based on performance data.

- Creativity: Strong creative vision to drive compelling content ideas that resonate with our audience.

- Hands-On Demonstration: Must be able to showcase your skills during the interview process by setting up a mock campaign or demonstrating your proficiency with key platforms.
