Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, driving marketing strategies, and managing customer interactions to boost brand engagement and sales performance.


Job Description


Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. This includes leveraging SEO, email marketing campaigns, and influencer partnerships tailored to our unique market needs.


Create impactful digital content that resonates with our audience, including educational brochures, engaging blog posts, and compelling promotional materials. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and mission, highlighting our commitment to accessibility and innovation.


Oversee all customer interactions across digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. Utilize customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall brand engagement. Implement measures to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, reflecting our focus on service excellence.


Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and strategies, using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments. Regularly report on ROI and key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget efficiency.

 

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaboration.


Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, with an understanding of content management systems and SEO best practices.


Experience in e-commerce, health products, or accessibility markets is highly desirable.
