Digital Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities:

1. SMS & Email Marketing

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Segment contact lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
• Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on engagement metrics.

2. Graphic Design

• Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Ensure branding consistency across all marketing materials.
• Edit and enhance images for digital and print use.

3. Social Media Management & Content Creation

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to optimize content strategy.

4. Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
• Assist in creating promotional reels and testimonials.
• Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for design and detail.
