Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Strategy Execution: Act as the primary liaison with clients, guiding brand engagement and ensuring alignment with goals through strategic insights and collaboration with agency resources.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop and oversee multi-platform content strategies and editorial calendars, ensuring engaging, on-brand content across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of monthly campaigns, coordinating with internal teams for asset delivery, live updates, and performance evaluation.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to provide detailed performance reports, offering actionable insights to optimize client strategies and drive measurable outcomes.
- SEO & Content Optimization: Partner with SEO experts and content creators to enhance organic reach, optimize blogs, and improve landing pages based on keyword and trend analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, paid media, and creative teams to align content with performance goals and attend strategy meetings to keep projects on track.
- Email Marketing Support: Develop and schedule targeted email campaigns, tracking performance to refine strategies and increase engagement.
- Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Conduct research to stay ahead of market trends and competitors, providing clients with up-to-date insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, client management, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, OpenAI, Klaviyo, Canva, and social media management tools.
- Strong expertise in content planning, strategy, and reporting, with advanced analytical skills.
- Professional communication skills, adept at managing client relationships and aligning project goals with outcomes.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable in marketing psychology and consumer behavior is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering quality and meeting deadlines.
