Our client, a dynamic technology Solutions Company specializing in ERP, CRM, and digital transformation solutions that help businesses streamline operations and accelerate growth through innovative technology solutions based in Nairobi, is seeking to fill the role of a Digital Marketing Executive-Social Media &Content.
JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will manage and grow the social media presence while developing high-quality content that supports brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. He/She will combine strong storytelling skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing trends and analytics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and YouTube).
- Develop engaging content including posts, blogs, case studies, videos, and email campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
- Track performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and product) to align marketing campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital visibility.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
- Run paid campaigns (Social ads, Google ads) and optimize for ROI.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tool is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
