Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is central to driving our digital marketing strategy, ensuring the brand maximises opportunities to engage with and convert customers through compelling content and targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content creation, digital strategy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Job Description/Requirements

Content Creation & Management:

  •  Develop and manage content across all marketing channels, including e-commerce platforms and digital advertising.
  •  Maintain the content editorial calendar, ensuring timely and strategic updates.
  •  Copywriting, copyediting, and coordination of outsourced content, including video, imagery, and other assets.

Campaign Management:

  •  Support and manage the execution of monthly promotional campaigns.
  •  Coordinate with the marketing team for asset uploads, copy updates, and campaign requirements.
  •  Monitor live campaigns in collaboration with other marketing executives.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  •  Work closely with internal teams and external agencies for SEO, affiliates, paid social, and creative projects.
  •  Attend agency meetings to align content creation with performance optimisation.
  •  Brief and manage creative work, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

SEO & Content Optimisation:

  •  Partner with SEO suppliers and the e-commerce team to perform keyword research and forecast trends.
  •  Review and optimise blog and landing page content to improve organic traffic.
  •  Implement content-led web changes that align with SEO goals.

Email Marketing Support:

  •  Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns.
  •  Monitor the effectiveness of email marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvements.
  •  Produce weekly email performance reports.

Data Management & Analytics:

  •  Manage the image and video database to ensure easy access and organisation.
  •  Utilise analytics tools for weekly reporting and performance analysis.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Customer Research & Persona Development:

  •  Lead monthly customer research initiatives, including surveys and feedback sessions.
  •  Continuously refine customer personas and adjust marketing tactics to drive targeted engagement.:
  •  Oversee lead capture strategies, including the management of popups and forms on the website.
  •  Support quarterly updates to website content following SEO audits


Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  •  Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Canva.
  •  Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  •  Ability to analyse data and produce actionable insights.
  •  Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
  •  Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
