Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, driven, and strategic Digital Marketer/Social Media Specialist to elevate our online presence and strengthen our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in digital marketing and social media strategies, with experience in analytics, content creation, and paid advertising. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and data-driven decision-making to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Strategy & Management
o Develop, execute, and optimize social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
o Plan and schedule regular, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience.
o Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
o Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends to identify areas for growth.
• Content Creation & Curation
o Create compelling, high-quality content, including posts, graphics, videos, and stories.
o Collaborate with designers, writers, and other departments to align content with marketing campaigns.
o Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistency in brand voice and posting frequency.
• Analytics & Reporting
o Track, analyze, and report on digital metrics and KPIs (engagement rates, reach, click-through rates, conversions).
o Use data insights to optimize social media content, campaign strategies, and audience targeting.
o Provide monthly/quarterly reports on social media and digital marketing performance.
• Digital Advertising & Paid Campaigns
o Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to increase visibility and drive conversions.
o Optimize ad spend across digital platforms, adjusting campaigns based on performance data.
o Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective creative and targeting strategies.
• SEO & Website Traffic
o Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure social media efforts support search engine rankings.
o Drive traffic to the company website through well-integrated social media campaigns and paid ads.
• Community Building & Influencer Marketing
o Identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
o Foster an online community around the brand, enhancing brand loyalty and advocacy.
Requirements
• Education: Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
o Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
o Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new trends.
o Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
