Digital Marketing & AI Strategy Expert

Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization's overall marketing goals to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

    • Strategize, implement and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) with a focus on integrating AI-driven solutions for enhanced targeting and personalization.

    • Utilize AI Insights to create valuable, engaging and SEO-friendly content across various formats (blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics).

    • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies.

    • Conduct advanced audience analysis utilizing AI tools and techniques to identify granular customer segments and develop highly targeted campaign strategies.

    • Employ AI-powered tools for in-depth keyword research, trend analysis and competitive intelligence to optimize campaign relevance and effectiveness.

    • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing AI-powered analytics to identify optimization opportunities and boost key metrics (ROI, CTR, conversions).

    • Utilize AI and machine learning models to predict customer behavior and preferences, enabling proactive and personalized engagement strategies within paid campaigns.

    • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.

    • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to enhance overall marketing effectiveness and customer engagement beyond paid advertising.

    • Ensuring that data management and governance practices align with AI needs, addressing privacy, security, and ethical considerations in AI implementation.

Requirements and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media strategy, SEO and AI applications.

    • A proven track record of implementing AI-driven marketing strategies.

    • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms and automation in marketing.

    • Demonstrable experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, marketing automation platforms).

    • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO principles and techniques, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and local SEO.

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.   

    • Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, and their role in SEO and content marketing.

    • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to optimize marketing campaigns and AI models.

    • Agile and adaptable mindset to keep pace with the rapidly evolving digital marketing and AI landscape.
