Job Description/Requirements
1. Strategy Development and Implementation
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the college’s goals and objectives.
• Identify target audiences and create content tailored to their needs and preferences.
• Research and recommend innovative digital trends to improve online engagement.
2. Content Creation and Management
• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Design and manage creative campaigns to promote courses, events, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing materials.
3. Social Media Management
• Manage and grow the college’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Plan and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor performance metrics.
• Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Analytics
• Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
• Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on campaign performance.
5. Email Marketing
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, students, and alumni.
• Develop newsletters and automated email workflows to nurture leads.
6. Paid Advertising Campaigns
• Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising campaigns.
• Monitor budgets, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
