We are currently seeking a Digital Marketer to join our team and contribute to our continuous business growth and customer retention efforts through innovative, strategic, cost-effective, and impactful digital activities and engagements.

SALARY RANGE : 30,000 ksh to 35,000 Ksh gross salary p.m

Responsibilities

Management of Social Media Channels

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Manage Online Leads: Address and manage business leads generated from online inquiries to boost hospital business.

Creative Artwork and Designs: Ensure timely completion of creative artworks and designs required for various campaigns and promotions.

Optimize Website and Content: Ensure the company website is easily found by the target audience and optimize content to drive relevant traffic.

Drive Online Sales: Convert online visits into online sales by implementing effective strategies.

Development of Social Media marketing strategy to help drive traffic and engagement.

Tracking social media trends and developments

Preparation of weekly and monthly social media reports

Keeping up to date with social media trends

Responding to inquiries, complains and comments on social media platforms

Coordinating social media messages with marketting departments and company goals.

Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.

Analyzing social media campaigns with tracking systems to determine areas for social media campaign improvement and to gather visitor’s data.

Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks of the marketing department.

Monitor and analyze effectiveness of marketing content

Develop and manage website content

Find and target audiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in BBIT, Marketing & Communication, or any other Business-related field.

At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Excellent data analytics and Excel proficiency (a plus).

Content creation skills.

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,Instagram and other social media best practices

Good understanding of social media KPIs

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions

Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
