JOB SUMMARY
Job SpecificationsFor appointment to this grade, an officer must have:-At least twelve (12) years cumulative relevant work experience, three (3) in the grade of Assistant Director, Hospitality Services or in a comparable position;Bachelor’s degree in either Hotel and Catering Management or Hotel and Hospitality Management or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;Master’s degree in either Hotel and Catering Management or Hotel and Hospitality Management or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution;Certificate of medical examination in line with the Food, Drugs and Chemical Substance Act;Membership to a relevant professional body where applicable;Certificate in a Leadership or Governance Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks from a recognized institution;Certificate in computer applications; andShown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
