Job Description
Primary focus is to prepare and bake breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, scones, and desserts for all F&B operations Ensure that station opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard Clean and maintain station and overall Pastry kitchen through practicing good safety and following all sanitation and food production procedures and codes Follow recipes and presentation specifications, following special dietary instructions where required Assist in training culinary skills to Commis and trainees Help in menu creation Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Assist with ordering Assist with the enforcement of Health & Safety protocols
Qualifications
Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field 2 years of large-volume baking/pastry experience  Experience and proficiency in both small and large scale baking operations High standards for quality and presentation Creative and keen on details
