Data Analyst

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and clean data from various sources, including inventory systems, sales databases, ensuring data accuracy.
• Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze data related to inventory levels, transportation costs, delivery times, and demand forecasts to identify trends and optimize distribution operations.
•  Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to management and operations teams. Visualize data using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
•  Support for Demand Planning: Assist in forecasting by analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and seasonal patterns, contributing to better inventory management and distribution planning.
•  Data Management: Maintain accurate records of data sources and analysis results. Ensure that all data complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•  Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, finance, inventory, supply chain, and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide timely, data-driven insights.
•  Process Improvement: Identify areas of inefficiency within the distribution process and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
•  Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data analysis or supply chain/inventory analytics.

Technical Skills:

•  Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and basic knowledge of programming software (e.g., R, Python).
•  Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP).
•  Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
•  Understanding of supply chain concepts and basic statistical techniques.
