Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities and Tasks:


Customer Support: Provide accurate product and service information to customers via phone, email and online chat.


Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and issues, provide effective solutions and follow up on results.


Record Maintenance: Maintain customer information and interaction records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.


Product Knowledge: Be familiar with company products and regularly update information about new products and services.


Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and provide it to relevant departments to improve service quality.



Job Requirements:


Bachelor's degree, degree in related field preferred.


Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field preferred.



Skills:


Excellent communication skills (oral and written)


Good problem solving skills


Proficient in using computers and customer management systems
