In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape and enhance our educational materials and programs. If you're passionate about education, have exceptional instructional design skills, and are committed to fostering learning, we invite you to be part of our journeyRequirement:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related fieldProven experience in curriculum development or instructional designExperience in working with or in school/educators, specifically with the implementation of the Competency-Based CurriculumKnowledge of Social-Emotional Learning and Value-based educationWillingness to share your knowledge and expertise within the organization to uplift othersStrong understanding of pedagogical principles and learning theoriesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in educational technology and digital learning toolsCreative thinking and adaptability in curriculum designCommitment to fostering effective and engaging learning experiences
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Enhance existing ChezaCheza curriculum materials to align with CBC standards.● Design and develop new curriculum materials, including lesson plans and assessments fornew programs.● Collaborate with educators to ensure alignment with learning objectives.● Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into curriculum design.● Evaluate and revise curriculum materials based on feedback and assessment data.● Stay updated with educational trends and best practices.● Provide training and support to educators in implementing curriculum material
