The Kilifi County Public Service Board wishes to recruit competent and qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions as per Sections 54, 50, 51, 58 and 63 of the County Governments Act.

County Valuer (1 Post) – Job Group “N”

The Officer will report to the Director – Lands and Survey

Duties and Responsibilities

•Head Valuation in the Lands Division
•General Administration and Management of the valuation division
•Overall in charge of all valuation matters in the department

Requirements

•Bachelors degree in Land Economics in Land Management and Valuation or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
•Registered with the professional Body(Institute of Surveys of Kenya)
•Should have served in the Public Service at JG “M” for three (3) years or its equivalent in the private sector

Terms of Service: Permanent
