Job Description/Requirements
A. SCHEDULE OF PRIMARY DUTIES
1 Undertake secretarial duties including implementation of Senior Management Committee resolutions.
2 Prepare and manage an administration budget within a variance of 10%.
3 Manage communications including:
3.1 Filling and processing of in-coming and out-going mail.
3.2 Maintenance of Files for fast circulation and action.
3.3 Website management including periodic updates for a 30% increase in hits.
3.4 Arrange at least 10 Webinars and 10 virtual meetings per month.
3.5 Ensure 25% increase in social media activity.
4. Set systems for the management of corporate communications.
5. Manage monthly performance contract evaluation process.
6. Ensure preparation, publication, and circulation of corporate collateral materials.
7. Ensure publication of the quarterly newsletter “the environmentalist”.
8. Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
A. QUALIFICATIONS
1. Secretarial education, training, and experience.
2. Undergraduate degree in secretarial, administration, management, or a related field.
3. At least 15 years of related experience.

1. Early riser and very fast execution of assignments.
2. An adherence to religious and family values.
3. Firm and utterly decisive with clear working boundaries.
4. Effective organizational skills and ability to multitask
