Job Summary: We're looking for a skilled and inventive person to be our new Content Creator and Social Media Manager. In this job, you'll make exciting content in various forms, like short videos, texts (blogs, quotes), podcasts, and videos. You'll also design graphics for all our content.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
o Create engaging content in different formats, including videos, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and infographics.
o Work with the team to plan content topics and produce related materials.
o Make sure all content matches our brand’s tone and values.
2. Graphic Design:
o Create attractive graphics and images that fit the content on various platforms.
o Use graphic design tools to make high-quality visuals following our brand guidelines.
3. Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement strategies to promote our content on social media.
o Keep up our company’s social media presence.
o Interact with our audience through comments and messages.
o Use social media reports to improve our strategies.
4. Content Distribution and Promotion:
o Plan how to distribute content effectively.
o Work with the marketing team on campaigns to increase content reach.
o Connect with industry influencers to promote our content.
Qualifications:
• Experience in content creation and social media, ideally in a similar setting.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Skilled in graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Good at using social media and understanding current content trends.
• Analytical skills to evaluate data and tweak strategies as needed.
• Great at managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Creative with a good sense for design.
