Position Description
We are seeking a professional and experienced Company Driver to provide secure, efficient, and timely transportation services for our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving executives to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other business engagements, ensuring their safety, comfort, and confidentiality. This role also involves vehicle maintenance, route planning, and providing exceptional customer service at all times. The Executive Driver will ensure that the vehicle is kept in optimal condition and that all necessary documents are up-to-date.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safe and Efficient Transport: Transport executives to and from business meetings, appointments, conferences, events, and other official engagements with punctuality and professionalism.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition. Regularly inspect and monitor the condition of the vehicle, including scheduling necessary repairs or servicing.
- Route Planning and Timing: Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures, taking into account traffic, weather, and other variables.
- Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion while interacting with executives and other key stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and attentive service to executives, ensuring comfort during travel. Address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Assistance: Help with loading and unloading luggage, packages, documents, and other items as necessary.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, trips, fuel usage, and any other related expenses for reimbursement purposes.
- Administrative Support: Provide additional transportation-related support as needed, including the delivery of documents or business materials.
- Vehicle Documentation: Ensure all vehicle-related documents, including registration, insurance, and service records, are up to date and properly maintained.
KPIs – Service Vehicle Maintenance Management
- Vehicle Maintenance: Schedule routine services and track vehicle maintenance needs, working with the Fleet Manager to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition.
- Timeliness: Ensure executives are transported to meetings and events on time, with effective route planning and efficient use of travel time.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times, both inside and outside. Prioritize safety by adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3-4 years professional driving experience required, preferably as an executive or personal driver
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role with executives or VIP clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws, routes, and locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading items as required.
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- Clear thinking/problem solving, able to lead projects/process improvement within operations / finance function.
- Able to break down complex issues into simpler steps and resolve them.
- Should be flexible, willing to stretch and achieve over and above base expectations.

- Experience in security and first aid is a plus
- Must pass drug test.
