Job Description/Requirements

1. Administrative Management


• Manage day-to-day operations of the college, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks to enhance productivity.

• Oversee student registration, record-keeping, and the maintenance of academic records.

• Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems for all administrative documents.


2. Academic Coordination


• Support the academic team in scheduling classes, examinations, and faculty meetings.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely submission of academic reports and materials.

• Assist in managing course materials, timetables, and lecturer workloads.


3. Financial Oversight


• Monitor and manage college budgets in coordination with the finance department.

• Assist with fee collection, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for the Principal.


4. Student Services


• Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, complaints, and welfare issues.

• Coordinate extracurricular and co-curricular activities to enhance student engagement.

• Maintain effective communication with students regarding college policies, deadlines, and announcements.


5. Compliance and Policy Implementation


• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and institutional requirements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational standards and guidelines.

• Assist in the preparation for audits and accreditation processes.


6. Communication and Liaison


• Liaise with external stakeholders, including government bodies, accrediting organizations, and partners.

• Represent the college at meetings, events, and community forums when required.
