Job Summary
The Plastic Surgery Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, financial stability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient care. This role involves managing staff, coordinating patient services, overseeing financial and administrative functions, and supporting marketing efforts to grow the clinic’s presence and reputation.

Job Description/Requirements
1. Operational Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and optimal patient experience.
- Implement and enforce clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper scheduling of staff and physicians to maintain efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism within the clinic.
2. Staff Leadership and Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Foster a positive and professional workplace culture that aligns with the clinic’s mission and values.
- Address staff concerns and ensure HR policies are followed.
3. Financial and Business Management
- Oversee clinic budgeting, financial planning, and expense management.
- Ensure timely billing, insurance claims processing, and payment collections.
- Monitor revenue and profitability, identifying opportunities for cost savings and growth.
- Track key financial metrics and generate reports for leadership review.
4. Patient Experience and Customer Service
- Ensure a patient-centered approach in all clinic interactions.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints or concerns proactively.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and ensure minimal wait times for patients.
- Manage post-procedure follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.
5. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with legal and ethical standards.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to infection control measures.
6. Marketing and Business Growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote clinic services and attract new patients.
- Develop partnerships with referring physicians, hospitals, and wellness professionals.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.
7. Inventory and Equipment Management
- Oversee procurement and stock management of medical supplies and skincare products.
- Ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Prevent stock shortages by tracking usage and ordering supplies proactively.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a medical or aesthetic clinic.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical billing, and insurance processes.
- Business acumen with experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving effectively.
