About The Role

  • Proficiency in tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and practices is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with a working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps upload and download
