This role involves managing the entire client journey, from pitching EPIC’s BI solutions and contracting to onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to the development team. Strong communication, sales, and project management skills are required.

Job Description/Requirements

1. Client Engagement & Business Development

• Conduct introductory meetings & pitch EPIC’s BI solutions.

• Present tailored industry-specific use cases.

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.


2. Contracting & Onboarding

• Present, negotiate and finalize contracts.

• Lead client onboarding sessions and set project expectations.


3. Project Requirement Gathering & Handover

• Conduct client needs assessments and document project briefs.

• Define KPIs & success metrics for dashboards.

• Facilitate smooth project handovers to developers.


4. Relationship Management & Support

• Act as the primary client contact during onboarding.

• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in BI, analytics, or SaaS solutions.

Industry knowledge in NEMT, Freight, or Gas Stations.

Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software (Trello, Asana), and BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
