Job Summary

The person will be responsible for growth of the automotive engineering training section of the institute and shall provide overall training leadership and coordination of all the skills training programmes in the automotive engineering section.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

i. Develop an operational and strategic plan on effective training programmes and monitor implementation of the plans.

ii. Design, implement and evaluate curricula, training programmes and methods of instruction to meet the learning needs of the trainees.

iii. Create comprehensive training materials ensuring alignment with industry standards.

iv. Administer different forms of performance tests and supervise projects to measure progress and evaluate effectiveness of training programmes.

v. Prepare and implement training budgets and ensuring resources are allocated appropriately.

vi. Supervise and conduct on-the-job training to a team of trainers.


Education

  • A relevant Diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution


Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in training in the automotive industry
