Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the technology strategy for SmartPay's mobile money platform.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of the mobile money wallet and related applications.
- Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with relevant financial and regulatory standards.
- Manage system scalability and integration with banking networks and other payment providers.
- Lead the technology team to deliver a reliable, user-friendly, and innovative platform.
- Develop technical resources and documentation for merchants, users, and support teams.
- Oversee POS device procurement and maintenance.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and mobile money technologies.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a technology team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
