Job Description/Requirements
Leadership
The Chief Mechanic will be the team leader of a group of mechanics ensuring diagnosis and repairs are done efficiently, observing high standards of service.
Quality Control
The Chief Mechanic will be in charge of works confirmation as per the diagnosis.
Safety Compliance:
The Chief Mechanic will be responsible for both staff and customer’s safety within the workshop.
Customer Service:
The Chief Mechanic will ensure all customer’s concerns are handled in a professional way.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Motor Vehicle Engineering or related field.
Experience: Experience in a supervisory role in reputable garage/service center.
NB:
The Automotive Service Centre is part of a petrol station but operated independently; fully furnished with its own customer care desk.
