Location: Gulu-Anaka/ Uganda

Key Responsibilities: Chief Engineer for Tractors and Agricultural Equipment

Organize and manage the work of the company’s technical service department.

Plan and oversee service and maintenance works in accordance with equipment regulations and manufacturer guidelines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with tractors and agricultural machinery.

Coordinate and manage service schedules, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and effective resource utilization.

Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance works.

Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and service technicians.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience working with tractors and agricultural equipment.
