JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the trading and distribution sector.The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods efficiently while maintaining strong supplier relationships.You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in a managerial role.Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in procurement software and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and cost-effectiveness.Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, monitoring performance and conducting evaluations.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable contract terms and ensure compliance with policies.Cost Management: Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal departments to align procurement with overall business goals.Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies.Team Leadership: Mentor and develop procurement team members, fostering a culture of improvement.
