Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook all menu items, including burgers, fries, and other offerings, according to Bun & Beef’s recipes and standards.
• Consistency and Quality: Ensure each dish is cooked and presented to exact specifications, upholding Bun & Beef’s quality standards.
• Ingredient Management: Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and keep track of items needing replenishment.
• Kitchen Organization: Keep your station clean and organized throughout shifts, ensuring all kitchen areas meet hygiene and sanitation requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.
• Health and Safety: Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe handling and storage of ingredients.
• Equipment Care: Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Culinary training or professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
