Job Description
- Guiding the Marketing Crew, Operation Crew and Promotion Crew to complete the annual brand task.
- Giving precise analysis of customer need, offering clear reason for functional design and optimizing customer experience.
- Responsible to new bran project, including branded category marketing survey, product line planning and product developing.
- Responsible to sales and operation of new brand project on Kilimall platform, strategy and plan of sales and successful fulfilment within.
- Responsible to strategy and conduction of promotion plan, coordination of relating department and employees and successful fulfillment of tasks one by one.
- Responsible to the after-sales feedback of quality issue and track service, and performance of assessment parameters on platform.
- Responsible to team training and guidance within department, and supervision and track of work performance of employees and cultivation of talents.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors’ degree/post graduate in Marketing, more than 2 years’ promotion and operation experience in cross-border E-commerce and trade B2C industry is preferred;
- Experienced with category operation, and familiar with operation of cross-border E-commerce.
- Be sensitive and percipient to marketing, familiar with market consumption, and acquirement of product and positioning.
- Having excellent learning ability, coordination ability and sense of team cooperation, durable to high work pressure.
- Be of leading ability, strong sense of goal efficacy, ability and experience of independent project operation.
- Be of perfect business negotiation ability and basic acquirement of contract law and related laws, product industrial standard and authentication system.
