Responsibilities

1. Work directly with teams to develop and implement departmental plans that align with overall business objectives.
2. Translate strategic frameworks into detailed execution steps to ensure clarity and accountability.
3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of departmental execution.
4. Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in execution plans and propose data-driven solutions.
5. Develop reporting mechanisms and dashboards to provide clear visibility into progress and impact.
6. Utilize intelligence collected within the planning department to provide informed insights and strategic recommendations.
7. Conduct performance reviews and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in business planning, strategy execution, or performance management.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
4. Experience in project management, performance tracking, and process optimization.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
6. Proficiency in planning, reporting, and performance-tracking tools such as Zoho People, Asana, or Power BI.
7. Adaptability to dynamic business environments and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
