Job Summary

OpenTech Global Services Limited seeks a skilled and ambitious Business Development Manager to join the company and grow its client base. The ideal candidate should be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of driving sustainable growth within entrepreneurial business environments within the IT sector.

Job Description/Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

1.     BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

2.     Proven work experience as a business development manager or sales executive

3.     Have working experience in supporting financial technology solutions

 

Skills and Experience

1.     Proven sales track record

2.     Ability to interact effectively with non-technical users and highly technical users.

3.     Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines under pressure.

4.     Ability to quickly grasp and understand new tasks and ideas.

5.     Excellent follow-through with minimal supervision.

6.     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7.     Good understanding and working experience of banking/credit and lending-related solutions is an added advantage


Key Responsibilities

1.     Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

2.     Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

3.     Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

4.     Be able to demo company solutions to prospects.

5.     Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

6.     Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established rules and guidelines

7.     Refine and manage all aspects of the sales process: prospecting, presenting, proposal writing, relationship management, closing and transition.

8.     Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

9.     Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
