Job Description/Requirements

Location: Parklands Plaza, Westlands


Key Areas of Responsibility:

Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

• Conducting thorough market research to identify potential new markets, technologies, and customer segments.

• Analysing competitor landscapes and industry trends to spot emerging opportunities.

• Understanding customer needs and pain points to tailor solutions and offerings.


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Generating leads through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract and qualify leads.

• Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients.


Relationship Building and Networking:

• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.

• Attending industry conferences and events to network and build connections.

• Maintaining regular communication with clients and partners to foster long-term relationships.


Strategic Planning and Goal Setting:

• Developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.

• Setting realistic and measurable goals for revenue growth, market penetration, and partnership development.

• Regularly evaluating and adjusting strategies based on performance and market conditions.


Sales Process Management:

• Managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiating contracts and closing deals.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment and success.

• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Providing feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.


Specific Tech Company Focus:

• Understanding the intricacies of the tech industry and the company's specific products or services.

• Staying up to date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

• Identifying opportunities to leverage technology to drive business growth.


Education:
  • Degree/ diploma in sales & marketing
  • 3 Years of experience
