REMUNARATION: GROSS SALARY KSHS. 50,000 Plus commissions
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential new customer segments, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to identify qualified prospects.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts through networking events, industry associations, and online platforms.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and other communication channels.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions.
- Create targeted sales campaigns and proposals to address specific client needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build rapport with potential clients and establish strong relationships.
- Understand client needs and pain points to tailor solutions and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings and demonstrations to showcase product/service value proposition.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and closing rates.
- Prioritize sales activities to maximize conversion rates.
- Forecast sales revenue and identify potential risks or challenges.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential clients.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to company policies in contract agreements.
Account Management and Customer Retention:
- Manage existing client relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling existing products/services.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Regularly monitor sales performance and provide detailed reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree with minimum two years’ experience
